"Curved Echoes" Framed Prints, Oak

Curved Echoes is a captivating interpretation of a dental OPG (Orthopantomogram), where the typical smoothness of the X-ray is transformed into a rugged, oxidized metal aesthetic. The image captures the curvature of the OPG, with sharp, angular contours representing the shape of the teeth and jaw. Deep, rich blues dominate the piece, swirling with hints of verdant green copper, giving the X-ray a weathered, industrial feel. Rust-colored areas emerge around the edges of the teeth and bone, creating a sense of age and decay, as though the image has been exposed to time and the elements. Silver accents highlight the teeth, adding contrast and dimension, and the composition appears almost as if the OPG has been etched into a sheet of oxidized metal. The curved form of the X-ray, with its smooth arch of teeth, feels dynamic, yet the metallic textures evoke a sense of history, permanence, and the passage of time.
