  • Why are you unable to sell your products to individuals in European countries?
    Unfortunately, the United Kingdom has now left the European Union. Due to issues with VAT registration, we are currently unable to supply our products to individuals residing in the EU. We are a small business and simply do not have the time or the staff to administer the VAT for every single European Country, we have therefore had to take the unfortunate decision to not supply the EU on an individual basis at present. If you are looking to buy a number of our products, please get in touch and we will see what we might be able to arrange for you.   • We are a medical related business and would like to order a print or promotional artwork for our organization, how do we do this?

  • How do I request changes to my information on Cathartistry's website or online store?
    If you notice that some of your information is incorrect on Cathartistry's website or online store, simply contact our customer service team through email. Our team will be happy to assist you in making the necessary changes to your information.   • Can I return my product for a refund or an exchange?
    Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 14 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Please note, if you have had the product personalized or customized in any way, we will not be able to accept it as a return.
  • Can I request to have incorrect information about my order corrected or removed from Cathartistry's system?
    Cathartistry.uk values the accuracy of all information in our system, especially when it comes to our customers' orders. If you believe there is an error in any information related to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to correct any inaccurate information or remove any information that is no longer relevant.   • I would like to order a print of your work that I have seen, how do I do this?
    Have a look in our shop! You have the option of purchasing a print framed or unframed with frame options of oak, white, and black. They vary in size from A4 all the way up to 70cm x 100cm. Please note that all of our prints are made to order and are limited in quantity, so please allow for processing time before your print is shipped.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most forms of credit card. If you wish to pay by another method, you will need to email us and we will investigate if we can offer an alternative payment arrangement.
  • How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
    We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1 - 5 working days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. The postal service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major holidays (e.g., Christmas). Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently only ship to business customers abroad. If you are a consumer and wish to access our products, you may do so by contacting one of our agents. If you are a business and wish to stock our products, please contact us by email.
